I am looking for a rental apartment in Copenhagen and found this add:

Started writing with the "landlord" and he asked for a big deposit just to visit the apartment. Then, the person suggested using escrow and sent me this link http://escrow.com.property4593913338.services.xml.in/
It doesn't seem like an official escrow page, the images feel they were placed on top of the website frame.
