Thanks for the reply. For the moment I am in a military base, I work for the U.S. Army Medicine Department and soon our unit will be sent back overseas to replace and help the troops scheduled to come home. This is the reason why I left the RV stored with all the paperwork at the shipping company Bartnik Trucking ( https://bartniktrucking.com ) , Abbotsford, WI ready to be delivered. I have pre arranged the shipping and the payment handling with them because they also offer an escrow service and 100% protection and insurance to both buyer and seller.
I will try to explain to you in a few words how it works. First of all you need to understand that in order for this company to be able to insure us equally, as they already have my vehicle in their custody they also need to have the payment secured. So after the payment is secured in their account, we can talk about business and in exchange they will offer a 5 days inspection prior deciding to keep the vehicle or not, temporary insurance and temporary plates. So only after you receive the rv and agree to keep it, they will release the payment to me. In case you won't be satisfied, you can cancel the transaction and not only that you'll receive all your money back but the RV will be also shipped back free of charge.

Now, at this point, I will need to send money over to some company, and that's when I strengthen my research by calling the city clerk of Abbotsford, WI. Where a really kind person listened till the end of my long explanation of what my call was for and when I finished talking without me mentioning the company's name she told me and I quote "Is this company Bartnik Trucking?" to what I answered yes!
She said to me that they had a call last week from somebody else asking the same question, so they contacted Bartnik Trucking and they told her that they didn't have any RV that matches the description and so she told me "We have reasons to believe that this is a scam" and that was the end of it. I was saved by the city clerk for losing 30K in this scam.
