I ordered products from this company, Based Bodyworks (basedbodyworka), on September 12 through Shopify. It said 3-5 business days. I started contacting them via email at [email protected], as the phone listed is always busy, and it was an automatic response. Have not received answer, email (except for automated), or refund for the $82.26 I paid. Help?!
