I was doing the daily check for new job openings on Facebook’s job board. With COVID at home jobs have become much more available. Not thinking to look into the company at first do you the desperate need of employment I started to apply. I become suspicious after being asked to do an online interview. But again with COVID, it’s very common. Then I was directed to complete an application and was forwarded to their website. The first red flag was this said company but person I was communicating with said INC.

the second red flag was improper punctuation and capitalization. So I decided to look them up. Couldn’t find anything at first other than their site.

I went back to the original ad and noticed the ad was posted by a Jeff INC. I then googled their phone number, and sure enough Jeff INC and their phone number were flagged as a scam.
