I cancelled this app in October of 2023 via my Apple Subscription. They claimed I signed up for two memberships, one in the app store and one online. I was never made aware of this, and question how one person can have two accounts with the same email and personal information. I have requested that my money be refunded several times and they refuse, stating it was a miscommunication. I never received any notice I was still subscribing to this shady app service. It is a scam to have the compay double down and create an account for me, which is what clearly happened since I have no emails verifying a subscription to their website portal. I want to make sure other people aren't scammed by this company, and led astray via Facebook, which they should no longer be allowed to promote this fraudulent service/app to Facebook members.
