I paid for a gift basket and paid to have items upgraded and delivered by a specific date. Not only did the gift arrive very late - a week as paid for, but they did not upgrade items and delivered lower quality items than were pictured on the website and did not substitute items I paid for. They will not refund my costs and refuse to acknowledge the mistake. I've made several attempts.
