Talked via email about a basset hound puppy they are selling. They sent bill of sale papers and then we sent them $700. They said they were shipping the dog and would give shipping information. They never sent the information and stopped answering emails. Attempted to call phone number to find the number does not exist, then called the other number they used to get the money sent and a person in Texas answered saying they do not know what we are talking about
