The ad said I would receive the items in 5 busy days because it was coming from Columbus, Ohio. Got busy with Christmas and still did not receive items. E-mailed company and they responded and said it would be coming in 10-14 days.

There was a false identity of Bath & Body Works, a valid company name. The products included a very minimal price for items. I purchased about 4-5 items for 26 dollars. The date was 12/25/23. I had not received them, ina couple weeks with no confirmation. I emailed the company and received no reply. I emailed again with a threat to contact ScamPulse.com and the representative Stein Signe replied they were slow to ship. I then contacted the headquarters of ScamPulse.com . The rep asked for the order number and immediately she noticed it could not have been legitimate as the numbers were not in the format they use. I have not yet contacted my bank but intend to tomorrow morning.

I ordered numerous Bath & Body Works products and got an order number and confirmation on Nov.27. The first time I contacted them they said the order hadn't shipped yet. After that my emails were returned as undeliverable. After nearly a month, I discovered the email address was probably a scam. I should have known if it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.

They had a special on bath & body works that you could get candles for $2.90 I ordered them twice and they said it would take 15 to 20 days to receive it it's already been 28 days and I still have not received my merchandise when I go on the track it they tell me it's in Birmingham 2 days ago and I still have not received my merchandise and if I call that tracking company they want to charge me $5.60 to track it
