A facebook ad stated it was from bath and body works and it was a sale. I made purchases, gave my address, email and phone number and paid with my credit card. That was December 28, 2023. I have reached out to them with no response and it appears there is no such store. I never got my items.

This was a facebook ad for a bath and body works sale. I thought i checked the actual site but didnt realize i was redirected. When I put the order through I did not receive a confirmation email and then got suspicious. Tried the number to cancel with no response (phone number is fake). Called my credit card and will be disputing charge as soon as I can.
