The website is set up to take orders and immediately upon purchase, only a paypal receipt is given with no confirmation of the business or way to check on order. No tracking is sent.

The person then purchases a cheaper, incorrect item and ships it with an Amazon gift receipt, so that paypal wont make the refund come from them. And when you do return it via Amazon, you don't get all of your money back.
