Just like everyone else I ordered in May and I have yet to receive my items. Total fraud and scams. No contact number anywhere. Beware!

I ordered my lights from batviz 2 months ago and still have not received anything. I want my money back. Customer service email is fidget buddy and has a pick of a liquor bottle. Bad customer service. Does not reply to any of my emails. He gets a 0 rating from me. Very disappointed

I have ordered my stuff about a week and 1/2 ago and I still haven’t received anything other then my order was put in they took my money and I emailed them asking if they could say something to me like when it will be ready and I still haven’t heard a thing I even bought 8 of them I’m going to do my best to get my money back

I ordered my stuff over a month ago and I am still waiting for my order show up. I payed over $100 for shipping and I still have got my ordered. I don’t get notifications anymore after I got the email say it was shipped. I got ripped off. I don’t suggest buying anything from this place.

I ordered an item from Batviz in March which was confirmed March 13. I got notified that it was shipped out on March 25. I sent an two email and texted the number they contacted me by asking for a estimated time the item will arrive and a tracking number. It is now April 18, I have not yet received the item nor a response

Batviz took my money and never sent me what i ordered they never kept me updated with tracking and once I made a complaint they deleted it. And now I don’t have my product or any way of asking why I haven’t received it because they won’t respond to me on anything and they just took my money.
