i have spoken to multiple people since my last 1 star review. my original agent was ayda, who no longer works there and i was not made aware of that until someone named Jen reached out asking me to update my equifax. now someone on their end has changed the password to my experian account and i no longer have access to my credit information through the site. i'm getting alerts now that there's been fraudulent activity with my identity as well. i was told yesterday that i would have a meeting with erick over the phone at 3:30. i called at 3:30 and was told that he was still in a meeting and would call me back. i called them back so we can finally settle my refund and they didn't answer. fast forward to this afternoon and i STILL cannot get a hold of anyone and what's worse is they HUNG UP on me. i don't make much. i saved my money to be able to afford their services to help secure my financial health and they exploited it and took advantage of me. i can't go into the office because i live in los angeles so them taking advantage of this situation is too easy. do not use their service. i can't get my money back. the owners name is erick his number is 4084386324
