Attached to that email was a contract for the loan I briefly looked over the contract and than contacted the number listed above .. the gentleman on the phone said congratulations on your approval, now lets try to see what we can do to get this 10,000 $ ( ca ) in to your account today , I said okay , he than continued telling me that in order for the funds to be put into my account , I would need to purchase an insurance on the loan so that if anything happened they would still get there money . he than asked me what bank I am with because they have a wide variety of banks that they deal with for these loan insurances . i told him what bank i was with , and he said oh unfortunately that bank doesn't offer the insurance that you need . he than said if you would like i can set you up , i said yes of course . than he tells me that the insurance on the loan will come to the amount of 1325.00 $ ( ca ) i said okay that's not a problem . he than asked me when i would be able to make the payment . and after i made the payment the funds would than be deposited into my bank account .. i said well what do you mean !?? wouldn't the 1325.00$ just be taken off of the loan and than i would get the remainder . and he said no . so i told him that i would need some time to think about everything and call him back . but i don't think that this company is a legitimate company.. that is the reason for this email /

When talking with Mike Baldwin I was told I was approved but needed insurance on the loan. They do not sell the insurance but would set me up with a bank that would. Non of the three major bank I deal with offered it and would have to have it set up at another one. When i looked into the insurance I was told by two independent companies that they can not deal with customer to buy insurance that they can only sell it to a lender.
When I asked for a business number for the company, they skirted the question and said they understood I was new to this type of business. Then Mike wanted me to do an etransfer and wanted to set up higher payments to change the money required to start the process.
