Bayton Logistics Reports & Reviews (52)

I worked for two weeks until today when I saw boards like this. I refused a package today and now I"m off of their site. I called the local police and they went to the address and found a water company. Cristiana called me back today and said they are working on correcting the address. No doubt a scam

I filled out all of their paperwork and sent them a copy of my ID, before finding out that they are a scam. As of now July the 7th 2020 I have not received any shipments from them and I will no longer respond to any of their attempts to contact me. I have not given them my social security number or filled out any employee taxes paperwork as in a W2 or W4, etc.

This company also hired me as a Product Checker. The shipping manager left me one message and never called me back. When I asked why I was not given a W2 they told me to called accounting. Did and they never called me back. This is a fake company and should be stopped.

This company hired me to work from home. The shipping manager called me and I returned the call. He has never called me back. Called HR and they kept telling me he was out. No one could help me. When I asked for a W2 form she told me to call accounting. Left a mess no one has called me back. Feel this company is a fraud. Why does no one call you back.

I have letter of Offer, they asked me Direct Deposit and Id card to confirm with them they also provide fake IRS documents with EIN number, I called to the Bank, and they changed my account, and I am contacted with FBI soon they will get arrested.

Any updates? I'm currently "working" for them too

This is a Scam, I give them my Direct Deposit information, after reading all info of Bayton Logistics bank information but I told Bank that I am in Criminal Scam, now they are processing with Alert and changing my Bank Account, also I report and talk to FBI, for this scam.
Please note the phone number of which they are keep changing.

Me too I have put in 2weeks for them already, I have gave them all my info. I don't know what to do, I've already mail out packages for them. So discouraged in trying to find legitimate work. It all seemed to good to be true I should have went with my gut instinct I gave them a picture of my driver's license , soc. Sec. Number they even had me fill out a W-2 form and sign a contract everything seemed legit . I evenTalked with several people posing as supervisors on the phone, printed training material, opened accounts with the post office and UPS , fed x , ordered boxes all of that stuff. Then I started questioning why would they need me to switch labels and continue to send the package out to somebody else in the United States so i started looking into this and I'm finding out that it's more likely just a scam, and now my idenity is in criminal hands. I don't have a clue what to do now .

I've also experienced that. I provided them all my personal informations including my SSN. But the company as I worked for called Cargo Now. It seems to be the same company as Bayton Logistics. I've never gotten paid and they just disappeared.
I've placed a fraud alert on my SSN and reported every law enforcement that I could.
I also got LifeLock Norton 360 to protect my identity

I just told them I am resigning and they still want me to send the packaging and then I will be done. Shoukd I still send them? They said there will be legal actions if I do not. I do not want to after learning what this really is. I'm concerned!

Contact local Police Department. Working directly with them here, I have had the same experience. Have spent many hours and ink printer time. I'm a very detailed person and have turned over all my documents to the Detective who contacted me.

Oh No! Looks like I have fallen victim to Bayton Logistics! Its so good to be true! I asked many questions before starting with the company. I spoke with different people with the company explaining the process and that they were real. My partner doesnt believe this is real. So I am reading more and more about Bayton Logistics. It does seem that this is a scam!

Is there a way to report this company AND make sure they do jot contact me again ?

What should I do? They probably have all my information by now!

Latest email before I block them. I didn’t even apply for job. I sent out a request for their company info and job requirements before anything.. which they only said “Remote mail checker.” They said they’ll call (I gave them a fake app number— never give out real phone number) but no call, but a text and a video I’m curious to see what it is but afraid it may have a bug or virus in it track my email..
I already seen floods of spam mail in my spam mailbox from African mail order requests.

They said MI. Michigan license id number is 10 digits and when I asked for it they provided 9 digits only. Some made up number. Looked them up and the state .gov website said can locate it/ that number.

I saw the ad, looks legit from Facebook so I emailed for further information.

The first email I got was a red flag as the subject says “CareerBuilder: (my name) Resume (US-Citizens-only)”
So they’re targeting US.
The persons email was not the company name. It showed as “HR Job” : [email protected]

The 2nd email was from some “Michael Won”
[email protected]

Also it is is RED FLAG as a foreigner because we American would never write the address as It was written in in this email:
“7900 NORTH HAGGERTY RD, Block W37, Canton, MI-48170l”
No. State has no hyphen, if anything at most, we dot MI.
Also we do not write out “Block” it’s omitted.
(For example, usually if it was an email from Amazon it will be from Amazon.com but none of that.)

Last email was from
Elizabeth Murphy but the preview name was eth Murph, which is A BIG RED FLAG it’s some Nigerian or African scammer.

I believe I was the latest victim here in this scam company. My story sounds like all the rest I am sorry to say.Victoria Sullins employment 33903

Their is already another person who described their actions if you type BaytonUSA. They ask you for personal information and give you the job so easily without many questions. Do not give them your ID card because then they have a face with your name and email and maybe even address and that’s how they get you. The phone call was extremely robotic..first warning sign. All I can say is if you have run into them screenshot all messages and save them including your reply with tracking yourself out of the offer. Stand your ground and let them know you no longer wish to work for them and to NOT contact you again.

I posted my resume on Indeed. Bayton Logistics emailed me. I filled out an application with all my info and driver's license. I am working from home, just started on Thursday. Bayton Logistics said they are based in Europe, and just opened in the US. They send me packages. I reship the package to whatever address they give me. The packages come in and go out in my name. The first package was a gold bar. The second packag was an Apple watch. I'm supposed to get an ounce of gold today. Yesterday, I got a box of Victoria's Secret body splash. They also go by Cargo Now, 701 McKean St, Block C, Avondale, FL 33823. I think they are using a machine to disguise their voice. Their phone numbers are: 734-773-1054, 888-538-7484, and 888-510-2915.

This "Company" approached me with a job offer as a Product Checker telling me I can work from home and make money checking products I will receive from home for quality purposes then repackage them to customers. It wasn't until after I accepted the "job" offer that I learned about repackaging scams. Hours later, I sent an email expressing my desire to not to this job but I am fearful that I will soon receive stolen goods in the mail. This company was very diligent in avoiding common red flags with a dedicated email domain and a company video with website however the job description and duties given are beat for beat what is seen in repackaging scams. They are called BAYTON LOGISTICS but for these people they could change up the name as time passes, the website was BaytonUSA.com.

If the ScamPulse.com would like I can submit detailed email screenshots and the "Employee Contract" with welcoming video.
