Required payment of collateral, taxes and insurance using a Bitcoin ATM.
Deposited the collateral, was told the funds would be in my account within two hours. No funds. When I followed up that evening, I found out I needed to pay taxes 9% and that they would be returned to me within 3-5 business days. I deposited the money in the atm. Still no funds. I called back and was informed I needed to pay the insurance for the loan as it was mandatory. I was told they would categorize me as an established customer so i would only have to pay $700. I deposited $700 in the bitcoin atm. The funds still weren’t transferred. I called again and was informed that i needed to send the remainer of the insurance fee $700. I did that under the assurance from the company that this was sufficient and my funds would be disbursed.
They were not. I called back today, September 3, and was told I actually needed to pay for the premium insurance. Another $1100. I told the representative that I would not send any more money and that I would like to have the other money back. They stated that it would take 5days for my application to be cancelled and then I would get a statement of my refund. Then it would take 30days to return the money. I doubt I will receive the $2960 that I sent.

I don’t know why they didn’t tell me this to begin with. I sent part of my rent money for her to tell me this. Why would I try take a 6,000 loan and have to pay the full amount down to even get it? It doesn’t make sense. If I wanted to loan 6,000 where the heck would I even get 6,000 to put down. Another thing why would I pay 6,000 to borrow 6,000????? That just sounds stupid. Like if I had that much money I wouldn’t be trying to loan that amount. I feel like this place is a SCAM. I wanted my money back and she told me 30 business days. Such a waste of my time. Not only that they have my personal information.
