I placed an order and after 2 weeks of not receiving anything and the tracking number not updating, I reached out to customer service. They said that the order was "out of stock", which was odd since it was in stock when I ordered it and I was annoyed that no one had contacted me about it. However, the customer rep apologized and offered me 2 options. They would refund me my $159 or give me $165 credit ($6 bonus for my troubles) to use towards another purchase. I still wanted product, so I opted for option 2. I then placed another order. After about 10 days, the tracking still hadn't shown shipped. So, I reached out again and the rep told me that this time the carrier "lost" the package and that they're not liable for that. I was now super frustrated. I asked for my money back and she said that because I had placed the order with the credits that all she could do was give me back the credits. I explained that my original purchase hadn't been honored and I didn't want to purchase from them anymore and I wanted my money back. Nothing. So, I could place another order with the "credits", but will I get the product. I told them that I was going to file a complaint, and yet they're completely unbothered. Also, each time you place an order with these so called credits, you still have to pay $1 minimum, even if your purchase is under the credit amount, which mine was. So, honestly, they actually owe me $160. I don't know what to do in order to get my money back. My next thought is to contact my bank and let them know of the situation and see if they will reverse the charge. However, I urge others to NEVER purchase from Bazar (shopbazar.com). It seems to me like a common scam, where someone will purchase something, not receive it, be offered credits in a higher amount, they fall for that, and then are trapped in a circle of nonsense.
