Received a call from two individuals claiming to be BBB employees but didn't identify which BBB the were employed by, Claimed I was being hacked and that if I allowed them to download an app on my phone they would be able to monitor my calls, texts, app, etc. to provent hackers from stealing my information. Allowed them to download their app but then though better of it and removed the app immediately. Received second call from them stating that I needed to reinstall the app to allow them to monitor my phone. "Didn't I want to get my money back from these people." They tried to tell me that they knew who was hacking my phone. Contacted local BBB to report this scam.
