They were pretending to be from the Geek Squad and that my account was automatically renewed and I would need to call 1 818 657 8844 to cancel. Supposedly my checking account had been billed $577.99 and they could give me a refund. The guy put me through a computer program to delete Geek Squad. They directed me to a web site - wwwlive.weebly which was suppose to be Better Business Bureau. I started out very suspicious. I googled Better Business Bureau and it was a different address. I called them on the scam and hung up.
