Charged for a griddle. Received tracking number & call for delivery then it disappeared. No product received & no answer to attempts to reach company for a refund.

I ordered the product on the website, never received confirmation of shipment or order status. When I called to inquire, my call went straight to what seemed like an answering machine (rather than a proper telephony platform). Despite multiple messages, never received calls back. Company unresponsive, and I believe they do not intend to refund my money.
