Made a purchase on website and paid via PayPal. Their website states cancellation policy is within 24 hours and just email them to cancel. Next morning I received an item shipped email with tracking numbers. Upon using the tracking number provided it shows me a completely different item that was already delivered 3 weeks prior. I emailed the company using address on their website and receive the mailer/ daemon yahoo reply stating cannot deliver email. Invalid email address. I contact the person through email address from PayPal statement asking to have order cancelled and refunded as I'm within their 24 hour cancellation policy. 3 days later still no reply from them. I've opened a case with PayPal and have contacted bank about a stop payment. I just don't want anyone else to be taken by them.
