Bought a trampoline. Within two months it started unthreading and four springs have broke. I can’t get a response from customer service, nobody answers the phone or emails. Two companies exist under this same phone number Feier and BCAN.

There is supposed to be a warranty that the company is supposed to honor.

I believe this company is fake, and is not honoring any warranties. So we are our $543, and no trampoline.
