I was on the website Auto Trader. Com and saw a Porsche 911 C4 that I liked. I left my email for the seller to contact me. Two days later Jennifer M Gordon contacted me via email. Her email address is [email protected]. She said her car was still available and we began corresponding by email. I offered to drive to Lexington, Kentucky the address of the vehicle according to her listing on Auto Trader. She said after her divorce she had relocated to Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. She said there was a shipping escrow company nearby, BCO Logistics, located in Racine, Wisconsin that could handle the transaction. She said they would email me about the process and they did the next day. They explained the process: wiring the money, shipping. 5 day trial period to see if I liked the car. I was told by them my money would remain in escrow until I was satisfied with the car and if I wasn’t the money would be returned to me within 24 hours. At this point I called ScamPulse.com of Wisconsin and they told me that they have had no complaints about this company. I asked about the legitimacy of the company and the employee said the only way they would have knowledge of this company was if there had been complaints registered. I then went through with the wiring process on June the 10th. BCO Logistics them emailed me saying they had received my money and they would ship the car. I was scheduled to go to MD Anderson for procedures the next week so I delayed the shipping dat to 6/23. They said it would take 2 days to reach my home. I started calling them on 6/24 and no one answered the phone. I wired 41,900 dollars to these guys. I feel so violated. Is there any recourse for me?
