Type of a scam Other
On their website they will not meet you at the property to look it over nor will they meet you in person to finalize the paperwork. Here are questions asked and their answers that make it seem false/scam to me.
May I go tour the property before I buy it?
Yes. We encourage you to visit to land to make sure you will be happy with it.
Can you meet me at the land and show me around?
No. It is likely that we are not near the property. But we encourage our customers to go check it out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept wire transfers, credit cards and cashier’s checks.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. The process is handled over phone and email. It’s that simple.
Is a Payment Plan an option?
Of course! With a small down payment and set up, the land can be yours for small monthly payments
Is there a credit check?
No. There is never a credit check. You are already approved.
A legitimate realtor will meet with you and have all the documentation needed. Not meeting face to face or showing you around raises red flags. Plus their business address is at a UPS store where they have a rented postal box. 8745 Gary Burns Drive, Suite #160 - 148. UPS is in Suite 160 and 148 is their postal box.
I have been receiving tons of scam calls and do not answer them plus I have received false bills for things I did not buy or I owe money to businesses I haven't heard of but the fact they want you to buy prepaid credit cards, money orders or cash shows them for what they are. Crooks. I believe this is the real estate scam where they pay people 1/2 of the value of their real estate and turn around and sell it for at least twice as much.
