I have tried to cancel the Be Kind Box by Ellen for the last six months. They double billed me and it took them months to get back to me. I ended up disputing it with my bank and they refunded me the extra charge. I then cancelled my membership and they STILL took money out of my account. I have been trying to get in touch with them for months with no response. I'm going to have to file another dispute with my bank for fraudulent charges and have them blocked so they can't withdraw funds again. That is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had!! I would think Ellen would want her company ran better. I used to love her, now I have not respect for her.
