Since I had not received a shipping confirmation, I emailed inquiring about the order on 9/20/19 inquiring about the order. Finally received an reply from "lelime" six days later (9/26/19) stating: "Thank you for reaching out to us! I must apologize for the late response to your emails. We are currently making improvements on our communication.
Your items should arrive within 14 - 20 days from the purchase date."
I continued to wait but sent another email on 10/10/19 inquiring about the order since it had now been a month. Here's the reply (which is still apologizing for their "communications" problem - which hasn't improved?) "Thank you for reaching out to us! I must apologise for the late response to your email. We are currently making improvements on our communication.
We sincerely apologize for the lateness in the delivery of your shipment, but we are experiencing an unusual delay because of the overwhelming demand
for this product. We will have your order rushed to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!"
While this could be the case, their customer service stinks since I didn't get any email letting me know the order has been delayed. Now looking at their other business names, it appears there are complaints about products not being received, which indicates they are scammers. Looking at the reviews on their website a little more closely, I now realize that many of the reviews are written/posted on the same date, thus making me believe the reviews are written by this scam company and not true reviews.
