I placed an order on June 22. It is now July 13th and my order has not arrived. I have received no further email communication from the company apart from the initial confirmation of my order. I emailed the customer service address asking for tracking info, and the reply simple said "Let me check into this". Then there was no follow up. I called and left two voicemails, which were not returned. Twice I have called and been able to connect with a "receptionist". The first time, the woman told me she saw that my order had shipped, but she did not know the date on which it had shipped, the tracking number, or even whether it had shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. She told me she was unable to forward me a copy of the request she was sending to the customer service team for more information. I called again today and spoke with another woman. After a long time on hold, she was able to tell me that the package had shipped via USPS. I asked for the tracking number, and after another long time on hold, I was given one. While on the phone with her, I checked the tracking number in the USPS website. A shipping label was created on June 23, however USPS has not yet received a package to send to me. I asked for my order to be cancelled and my card refunded. The 'receptionist' told me she would forward that request to a customer service specialist. She said she was unable to forward me a copy of this request, although she had collected my email address at the beginning of the call. She told me that there was no customer service specialist or manager available for me to speak to.
