I was on Facebook looking for a rental in ClearwaterBeach/ St. Pete Beach Florida. I received a message from a Bonnie ***** *********  She gave me a vrbo site and said she could rent it for the price listed minus the vrbo fees. I booked through PayPal family and friends. (never use this!) I also used my CC. I am trying to get reimbursed for the condo I never rented. We arrived at the said condo and the security guard said our name was not listed and someone else was in the rental. I also went to vrbo and messaged the owner. They had no record of me ever renting their property. I am out $977.85. Beware and only rent through a reputable company.
