Beachsissi sells bathing suits and other items out of china. Before ordering did thorough research of their return policy which stated returns can be made if buyer pays shipping. They do not mention that you have to ship to China. The other option is to get 40$ or 3 items instead. When you spend more than thiese options you will lose your money. I have been emailing back and forth with Leon in customer service and he refuses to give me a full refund unless i pay to ship my items to China. This should have been detailed on the website so i would have known. Do not order from this company. It is fraud.

This is a swimsuit company that promotes being "U.S." based however, when you have to make a return, it is not possible. You can only return it to China WITHIN 7 DAYS (which everyone knows, vendor included and verbalized in his email, can never happen) and the China location only disclosed AFTER money is taken and product is received. They are advertising that they are in the US, they ship from the US or what they call 'a transfer station', and then you are stuck with their product with no viable return. This is the message from "Justin" in Customer Service about a return:

This was an online order that they claim they delivered. I had proof it was never delivered, and was notified by the USPS that the package was ‘returned to sender’. I contacted customer support and they denied a full refund but offered to ‘resend’ it for $17 more. I’ve been in email contact with ‘Leon’ and he claims that I wrote an incorrect address and that the address I gave does not exist. He also said that when a package they have returned, they never see it agin and that is why they can’t refund me.
