I ordered a greenhouse on September 8, 2022, and never received it. I emailed them of the issue. Their response… They did mail the product that I did receive it. In October and so far every day of November I email them I still have not received the product or my refund.
They emailed me to apologize that the product was not mailed, and they could refund me $55.99 less the shipping fee. Are you kidding me? There was no shipping fee. According to their website, it's free shipping anywhere in the world and ships out in 3 to 5 business days.
Today is November 10th and their email still doesn't want to give me a full refund.
Did email them with an example… If they paid $100 for an item they never received and was to get a refund of $50 would that be fair.
Still no response
again, do not order anything from these thieves.
