June 10th, 2020 Received confirmation of my order of a Bead wax kit $69.99, saying that my order was being processed and to Please allow 2-5 days for processing your order and 5-7 business days for delivery. Priority orders will be shipped from our Amazon warehouse for efficiency. I have received no email back or anything just the money gone from my account.

Buyer beware!! I purchased a waxing product after seeing an ad on FaceBook. I ordered this on April 25, 2020, normal online purchase as I have ever had. Paid for the product, money cleared on my account and got an email stating the product had been shipped and everything! It is now June 22, 2020 and after many emails back and forth with their "contact center" I still have not received any product, I have asked for a refund and now they have not responded to my email at all. DO NOT purchase from this!!

Purchased a wax warmer kit and addition wax beads. Received order confirmation, emails that it was shipped. Provided no tracking number. Never received product. Emailed about it, was told it was “lost” and would be sent ASAP, still nothing. Further emails have gone unanswered. Order was placed in April

I ordered a bead wax product on 04/12/2020. I am now writing this review on 06/09/2020. I have communicated with Sarah T and James from order management on my order that is well over two months old. I have received two types of communication on my package saying that UPS lost it and that my package had already shipped. UPS has no record of my package and a tracking number for my package was never given as promised. I have contacted for a refund, but have not heard anything back yet (almost a $200 order). This business is a scam and has no way to contact besides a generic email ( no address or phone).

I ordered the wax kit on may 2nd and still have not received my kit but they charged me and took the money out of my bank account. I emailed them on Thursday 5/21 asking them to cancel my order and refund me because my order was taking too long. Sarah t. Answered me and said she couldn’t cancel my order because it left the warehouse. I then responded the next day saying I wanted a refund because it was taking too long and it did not say any where on the website that it would take that long. I receiver no response. I then sent another email on 5/23 and 5/27 And once again I did not receive a response. I went on their Facebook page and there were about 30 people that said the same thing happened to them. No product but money was taken. I want my money back and for them to close down. This is absurd especially during these horrible times that we are all suffering some way and to have someone take advantage is horrible. Please shut them down and some how get our money back!!

Scamp Company almost $100 of product that was never sent , looked up and many people had similar experiences dating back to 2018. Fake company targeting during a global pandemic.

I saw an advertisement for their bead wax product on Instagram and purchased it. After spending $59.99, I received an email confirmation stating that the product would ship in a few days. After a month I sent an email regarding the product, but received no response. I sent another email the following month with the same result. I decided to check their Instagram page for a phone number or other means of communication without any luck. However, in the comments many others state it is also a scam. I attached a photo of what I should have received.

I bought this product and never recieved it. It has been months now when it was supposed to be a few business days. I have seen several others not receiving their product either on social media. I have tried to contact them several times but can not get a answer.
