Since September 16th, I have been asking about my package that I ordered in August, and all I am told is to contact customer service. When I do, they say the same thing. When I click on the link, it takes me back to the same "customer service" link. No one seems to help. These are some of the email that I have been getting when I ask for a refund or ask where my package is. I have done all they asked and it brings me back to the same thing. I can't get an answer. I am not sure what to do at this point.
