I ordered two personalized bags to have names placed on them on 10/20/23.The amt came out my acct, I waited a month never received the product.I contacted the seller no response since 10/20/23.I disputed the charge with my bank and was denied and no investigation was made on the bank behalf.The order just keep showing fulfilled and ready to be shipped.I have order#1039 and just a email for contact information.
