Type of a scam Online Purchase

Never received Product

Placed an order. Received a notification it would ship the following week. It didn't ship so I reached out to cancel my order. I was then told it had already shipped and it was impossible to cancel. I asked if they could send me tracking or start the process of return. i received no info back. Reached out via IG to have my messages seen but not responded too. My comments on their IG posts deleted.Only to check their website to see a banner that nothing is shipping until the end of March. Very shotty customer service all around. At this point I cant even find an actual photograph of their product outside renders and photoshop to prove it even exists.

I just want to cancel my order.

I reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn and he was very apologetic and accommodating and cancelled my order quickly without any further hassle. He keeps gaslighting people about their products and how it works. This is one of those situations where a company is so poorly run it might even border on criminality. Keep your money, there's 30 other companies who make this exact product that will actually ship it you.

I saw the ad on Instagram and placed an order. It’s now been over a month. I emailed and initially just asked for just the extra shipping I paid for refunded. They said no. I waited a little longer and then just asked for a full refund. They did not respond so I went to their instagram to further complain. They deleted my comments and blocked me.
