I hired Bear Property Care to provide housecleaning services on May 10. The vendor required that I prepay, which I did. The vendor never came. On May 11, I received a text stating that the vendor was having difficulty with a new booking system, which allegedly double or triple booked appointments. The vendor stated that it was cancelling all appointments and issuing full refunds "this week" (so the week of May 13). However, I never received a

refund. Moreover, the vendor has been unresponsive to voice mails and texts; the phone is no longer being answered, but instead

goes direct to voicemail. The same thing happened to my friend.
