Bear Property Development has continued to list 400 Missouri Ave, Suite 100, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 on their website, Google maps, etc. as their location of business. However, more than 2 years ago, in October 2020, my own company, OHM Advisors, has occupied this space. We continually receive mail intended for them indicating they're still giving people this address despite not being here for years. Additionally, we've had multiple lawyers, law enforcement officers, the sheriff, and residents stop by looking for them. No one doing reputable business has this many lawyers or law enforcement officials looking for them.
