The seller was identified as Floros Construction Machinery LLC DBA
Bear Truck & Auto Sales, Keith Bair. A phone and email dialogue began
with the company (phone: 208-534-6863, email address:
[email protected], contact name - Ashley). We received
an email with the sales agreement on 12/4/2023. It was completed and
returned via email on 12/5/2023. On 12/5/2023 a wire transfer was
generated online with our bank, Lending Club, for the total of $19,750.
The wire transfer processed and the funds were withdrawn on
12/6/2023. The wire description is WIRE TO CITI BANK REF
938fe3dc620e2c b. We were provided with the vehicle serial/VIN
number of R520S11490.
The last communication received from the company was on
12/7/2023, stating the shipment process was underway. We sent
emails and called from 12/7/2023 until 12/18/2023 with no response.
On 12/18/2023 we began researching online and found the Better
Business Bureau alert.
