The scammer was my godson wanted to build up credit. I am a senior citizen. He is in the rehab business. The goal was to build credit and she would pay back in installment s each month. He gave me a business and once the reimbursement was paid off. He would get his business. We set up accounts. We set up a schedule of all accounts with dates, payment due dates , late payment dates. We use credit cards, personal loans . All accounts were in my name. He paid on all the monthly bills for almost a year . All accounts up to its limit. The scammer decided I needed to pay for half of the debt hr incurred of over 200,000. The scammer Said I caused him to lose money, when I refused .He decided he would not pay for the debt. He would ask for large withdrawals of $25,000 dollars several and I have the text, e mails.

All transactions checks. went into the Bearden Group Inc bank account at PNC bank. The own of account Monica Sparkman. The person behind all of the money transaction Frederick G Billings. I have had to file Bankruptcy Chapter 13. This my pension money that I have worked for all my life. and he has refused to pay the remainder of his debt. I don’t want anyone to subjected to what I am dealing with financially and mentally trying to figure out how I am going to pay $200,000 dollars at the age of 74.
