I ordered a toy car for my daughter I waited a month for it but I recieved 2 masks. I contacted the seller and they insured me that because the item was in high demand they would resend it. I agreed and said okay so another month went by and I waited and waited. I was constantly checking the website with the link for my purchase. It said it had arrived in my town i never received the item. I then contacted the seller once again and demanded a refund. I went back and forth and they finally decided they would give me a refund. Upon saying they would issue me a refund they wanted to only give me back 85% of my purchase. They said it would take 7 to 14 business days but I still have yet to get it. Please please do not order from them I beg you they are scammers and none of the products are real.

My husband ordered two remote control cars from beartilk. They took our money right away out of our checking account. We kept contacting them cause we haven't received any of the two cars. They emailed us saying due to covid 19 our order will take longer than expected. We ordered them April 4th , 2020 then today (July 22, 2020)in the mail received two face masks. My son is so devastated after waiting months for his cars only got face masks. How can they do this to a three year old child shame on them!
