I placed an order from them. An email was sent saying my order was placed and a tracking number would be provided within 72 hours. I received no tracking number. I replied multiple times to this email asking if my item was sent and also sent an email to their customer service. I received no reply. The two email addresses they have that I know of are:

I have called numerous times, but no one answers and you cannot leave a message.
