Beat Neuropathy advertises a 'NeuroRed Infrared Light Therapy Device' which is nothing more than a flashlight with a red light. They offer a 'money back guarantee'. Their website lists a phone number that no one answers. You leave voicemails. No one returns. The email address listed in the 'Contact Us' area is bogus - the server rejects - "<[email protected]>: No mx record found for domain=joltofconfidence.com" Their marketing email '[email protected]' seems to be valid but no one responds to my requests. I have returned the fake product to the address listed in the marketing emails. I have proof someone with initials 'V.C.' signed for the box on September 30th. NO REFUND. These people need to be stopped. They're scamming people right and left. Taking advantage of our pain and selling bogus/fake products</[email protected]>
