I ordered a countertopice making machine on October 2, and after 17 days, I was notified by email that the item was delivered to my address. It wasn't, and the postman said there wasn't any package for me that day, or evenrecently. The online merchant website, Beatyeyes.xyz is somehow connected to [email protected] the order number is: *******, and the tracking number is: *************. My name is ****** ****, and my email address is ********************.

My home address is: *** ********d Ave. ** ***** ******** ****** Incidentally, I found online that the delivery address was *** ********* ***, instead of *** ********d Ave. I walked to that address, and saw the mailman, and showed him the online proof of all the above, and told him to deliver the package to *** ********d. He checked his truck, and there was no package for me. Please email me as to how I can get a refund. Thank you. ****** ****.
