Ordered a baby item, never received. I check tracking and I was told be patient it will deliver. Package says delivered, was not received but when you try to contact it check tracking it's an error message now

I ordered a stroller and carseat combo for my grandson Online with the company. I checked the status today later and it was just saying pending three days later after that I checked and I couldn't get on the website. I tried calling couldn't contact anyone. I tried multiple ways to get in contact with someone finally, I came to the conclusion that this was a scam and I tried to get the money back from my bank, but my bank refused to give it back to me

Fake website selling baby gear at discount prices. They take your information and credit card number and never send the item.

Beaubo pretends to be an online seller of baby furniture and equipment. I was attempting to purchase a Doona - open box item at very reduced price offered by their website. However everything looked too suspicious. I tried to contact them multiple times through the contact info provided on their website but it is obvisoully all a scam. The phone number provided on the website goes nowhere.... there is no answering recording, no voicemail, no one picking up the calls, the phone just rings a few times until it automatically disconnects. They do not respond to any emails. I am so so grateful I didnt make a purchase yet as I am sure my money would have gone in the garbage as other people have reported online too that they made a purchase and then never received any item nor any communication from the Scammers!
