I purchased a cardigan from the BeautifulHalo website that features an image of a colorful knit cardigan. The item I received was a cheap polyester sweater with a colored print on the outside.

The photo below on the right shows the item as it is advertised on the website. The photo on the left shows the item I received.

When I contacted the company, they refused to issue me a refund for the full purchase price.

I purchased a jacket size 2XL from Beautifulhalo and I received a medium so i contacted them only to get a lot of nothing and was told they would refund me $30.00 of the $40.00 if I paid to have it shipped back, or i can keep the jacket that i have ABSOLUTELY no use for and they would refund me $10.00 OF my money what a slap in the face . I tried several times to work with them only to find out they CARE nothing about customer satisfaction. STAY AWAY FROM BEAUTIFULHALO, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. when you look up Beautifulhalo reviews online you see a lot of the same I'm not the only one

Please, please DO NOT waste your time and money buying from this company. The quality is absolutely shocking and extremely cheap. In honesty, to us it looks like they bought this off wish for £5 then are selling it on for £95.Even from a distance it looks cheap and tacky as the material is very shiny and also super thin. Not only this but it doesn't even sit well on the. Body when trying it on.
To add insult to injury they refused to allow me to send it back for a refund and I had to keep fighting and fighting. Even now they are saying if I return it I not only have to cover postage costs back to them which is £20+ but that I also have to now cover original postage to me. Meaning I will get £55 back as an absolute minimum. I cannot afford this in this current climate. I even asked before I bought about returns and was told no problem or I would NOT of risked or sering from them. And because this was a Christmas present I have also had to buy a new one elsewhere. So I am now double out of pocket and very annoyed. I will be seeking legal advise as to say their customer service is appalling is an understatement.

I purchased 2 items from the website. Prior to purchasing, I reviewed the return policy as well as the shipping terms as I needed items within a specified window. Also, I noticed, that if needed, I would be able to cancel my order as long as I did so prior to them shipping (a detail clearly noted on the website).

After approximately a week, I had not received any updates from the website in regards to the order. On the site, it just stated "processing". Since I need the 2 items within the next 2 weeks, I went to go cancel the order. As I followed the steps stated on the website to cancel the order, it was immediately alarming that the "cancel order" button noted in the instructions on the website, was nowhere to be found. Thus, I emailed their support team to cancel. A few days passed and I didn't hear back though the site states they get back to customers within a 24 hour time table.

Finally, I heard back, nearly 4 days later, and they claimed the order could not be cancelled as it shipped. I was happy to hear the items had shipped as the website stated shipments take 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, when I looked up the order with the provided tracking number, there was no way it was my items that had actually shipped as the date of shipment was noted as PRIOR to when I actually even placed the order! I let them know this was the case and I didn't hear back for 2 weeks. Was I did, they then provided me with a list of excuses, "please be patient", "your items are coming", "don't worry its on its way"...all broken sentences. At this point, I realized I wasn't going to have the items anytime soon, if at all. So, I took up a claim with American Express.

BeautifulHalo.com continued to email me with "updates" of, "coming soon, be patient". Literally, that would be an email I would receive. No punctuation or actually details. It would also note, "sometimes the tracking information doesn't update". Oh great.

I felt like I did my due diligent prior to purchasing on the website but they have figured out a way to really con people to believe they are legitimate and care for customers. The facts are clear:

1. They do not respond to cancelled orders purposely so they can attempt to process them and avoid any refunds

2. They are happy to provide you with fake tracking numbers

3. When you tell them that the tracking info you received is not possibly yours, you just point blank don't hear back and they never speak to that detail

4. The website does not have a "cancel" button for orders prior to them shipping

5. Who ever is responding to emails has no idea what you ordered and just says the same automated responses over and over "be patient, your items coming".

6. They consider great customer service to be no customer service

Please help me stop this from happening to someone else!

In a nutshell, the product I thought I was ordering did arrive but it was not as described on the company's website and since I received it as been a back and forth discussion over email with them telling me in broken English that I can't return the item. They have yet to provide a return label and there is no mention on their website of any policy of no returns or refunds. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company yet I have a garbage product that I can't return for a refund. Stay away.

Basically they sell merchandise from another company at inflated prices. Then they have a policy so that you can't cancel once they send the product. So when I tried to cancel the kept stalling, giving me different offers instead of canceling and now they won't cancel because it's sent.

I ordered four flush mount ceiling lights from Beautifulhalo.com on 4/17/20. May 11th I opened a ticket on their site to inquire why it was taking so long. I then received an email asking me to change my order to a slightly different light. I did not want to do that and I asked to cancel my order. They then shipped one of the four items. (31 days) Once that was received I asked about the others via complaint ticket. I received yet another e-mail asking me to change my order... So I asked to cancel it. June 2nd I received a partial refund leaving me with one light that matches nothing in my house since I don't have the others to go with it, and I ultimately paid double for the light that I can't use. They use PayPal, and I'm concerned that PayPal does not vet it's affiliates. There are many complaints like mine about BeautifulHalo.com going around the web, and I would like to see this operation shut down. Thank you.

I was online searching for a dress and found the website Beautifulhalo.com. I placed an order online fro seven dresses. The dresses were for a group event. The total was $146.71. I gave my debit card number and the money was taken out of my account. I have been E mailing them. I received one dress in the mail that was the wrong color. I never received my order refund or packing slip. I also reported this to the Lorain Police Department. I was told to contact the Better Business Bureau. The company is in China. The one incorrect dress I received came from. Harris to 80155-16851 Knott Ave. La Miranda CA 90638. I am filing a complaint with IC#.gov

While shopping for bathroom vanity light fixtures online I found a product I liked for a really competitive price. I clicked the link which took me to the beautifulhalo website, which had tons of products. The check-out process was fairly straightforward and, as I didn't need the product immediately, I selected standard shipping (for which I still had to pay $25.41 - and for a relatively small and lightweight package). That was July 15th. On August 7th I still had not received the item so I opened a help ticket on their website asking what was going on. They replied promptly that the item was still being shipped and to be patient. Two weeks later I still have received nothing (that's more than a month after ordering) and I am filing a fraud charge with my credit card company.

I saw their add when I did a google search for flush mount light fixtures. I selected one and purchased it on 6/23/19. I have been tracking it on the FedEx website and it states that “a label has been created” as of 6/28/19 and it is been in La Miranda, CA, USA since 6/28/19. I have contacted Beautifulhalo via text chat to complain. All the comments I receive are just be patient. This last time today7/23/19. I wanted a refund and they said I would need to contact “after sale” person. I was not provided with any contact information. I doubt I will ever receive the fixture nor will I get a refund. They are thieves and their website needs to be shutdown.

This company has shipping listed at 3-5 days that you pay for and does not ship for months. Also from what I read they send faulty/incorrect products and will not reimburse or accept exchanges. I have tried to cancel my order numerous times based on their fraudulent shipping time frame and they will not respond, cancel order, or reimburse. They are scam artists.

This website is an online retailer. I purchased an article of clothing that looked nothing like what they represented on their website. I have been trying to get a refund, however they keep asking me to send a picture through their website I have done several time but it is not going through. This merchandiser scams people into buying a cheaply made priduct for full price and won’t let the customer return it.
