Consumer from Mansfield, MA USA called the BBB of Saskatchewan to inform us of a business that appears to be in Sask. He said he put a deposit on a puppy and the business gave him a location in Connecticut to pick up it up. The consumer drove to the address that was given to him but it was the wrong address. Consumer is able to contact business via phone but the business tells him they've mailed his money back. Consumer said that's impossible because he never gave them his address.
