....SEVEN MONTHS LATER...I still have not received anything. Not one thing.
So, I emailed them. All emails went unanswered. I emailed over 150 times over 2 months. I also desperately tried to find a telephone number for Beauty Army, but none exists. Any phone number listed does not work, and is a non-working number.
I also went on social media to see their reviews and complain about them (trying to warn others not to buy their products because they steal your money)...and there are HUNDREDS of other girls and women who wrote the exact same thing that I intended to write! Beauty Army charges customers for products that they do NOT deliver to you. In essence, they steal your money.
Finally, I got an email response from the company, and they said they would give me a refund ONLY after I threatened to sue them! I have never received a refund....they said nothing other than "we will refund you"...and they have not. I am still sending them emails back and forth demanding a refund for the money they stole. They claim that they are "under new management" .... yet, there are SO many people who have the exact same story as I do - that they received nothing that they ordered and paid for. There is something MAJORLY SHADY about this company!!
