Contacted them again because I received an email that the package was delivered. Mail room did not have record of that. She said that it showed delivered on her side.
Contacted USPS that said that the package was returned on November 4th.
Have tried contacting them several times to request a refund. No one has responded.
I will be contacting my bank to contest the charges.
