I went to a site that was provided on facebook for a skincare product. I only wanted the advertised product that was $4.99 and they ended up putting additional numerous items in my shopping cart. I never got to view the cart before my purchase went though. I called immediately to the number listed and they stated their office was not opened yet. By the time I got in touch with them they said they could not give me any information pertaining to my acct. They would not even supply me with the name of the company even though they worked through them. They said they were only the call center and were not allowed to give out that information. They are also going to charge me a restocking fee and return shipment on items that I did not authorize a purchase on. I have contacted my CC Co. and turned then in as fraudulent charges. All I have to go on is the no. of the call center, 18444630418. They said they could give me a RMA# and I would concur all of the charges. This is a scam and is sucking people in so they can charge you for product that you never ordered. I hope that something gets done on this.
