I purchased the product that had a 90 day money back 100% satisfaction guarantee. After placing my order, it took two weeks longer to receive my product than expected. Once I received my device, the product did not work. I was never able to use it. I contacted the company via email to inquire about a full refund since the product I received was faulty. They replied I would need to send them a video of the device and the problems associated with it and they would send me a replacement if it was determined that the device was broken. I returned their email explaining that since I had already waited longer for the product than expected, and that the device did not work when it arrived that I did not wish to receive a replacement, that I wanted a full refund. They would not grant me my refund even though they have the 90 day money back guarantee. So not only am I stuck with a device that is broken and that I no longer want, I am still our $69.
