Holly Ann Boyer aka Holly Ann Klein, posted ads on numerous Facebook wedding groups for her makeup services for weddings. She entices her victims by telling them that she will give a discount if the victim pays in full. She then makes the victim sign a contract that basically states if they cancel the services, there is no refund. She has been charged with only 32 misdemeanors and 2 felonies for business deception and business fraud despite there being countless more victims. She had pocketed more the $20k in the last year from her victims and refuses to refund them.
