Ordered 2 hair brushes order #5114 order#5117 on July 2nd. Same as everyone else NO ANSWER by phone No one available leave a message. I left several. Email are neglected never heard from them why are they still online. Got to get rid of them ripping people off.

Order #4450 - one perfume for $23 on June 12 with 5 day shipping, nothing has arrived as June 30. I have emailed three times, even tweaked their email on the website to be a -.com and still nothing. Phone number says it is not disconnected. Really wish I would have read reviews before buying. I gave up and cut my losses, but am concerned that I should change my cards now. Just ridiculous.

Edit: 7/1 TBC flagged my review as not following guidelines. Seems like everyone should be flagged then? I have also received a confirmation that the perfume has been shipped but I am sure that is false and to fend off the buyer. A reply to my two email attempts would be a generally courteous thing to do but I don’t expect it. Will update in two weeks if received.

I ordered a perfume from them on May 29, 2020. My card was charged $121.66 and I received a confirmation email. It said that I would be notified when it shipped in 2 to 5 days. I never received another email. I have emailed the [email protected] numerous times and called the phone number which rings once and goes to a voice mail. The virtual assistant on their website does not work. They are NOT a real company. I am calling my bank right now to fight the charge.

I placed an order for perfume on June 5, 2020. Received the email that my card was charged and they would notify me upon shipment. No shipment emails, so replies to my emails, no answer on the phone. I guess I got scammed. Going to ask my bank to fight the payment.

It does not indicate shipping method, anticipated delivery method or shipment tracking. They failed to respond to emails and to return voice messages. Scam! I made an online purchase on 5/13 and paid $235.66, and I received order conformation email. The email said the item will be delivered in 2-5 days. The merchandise has never been shipped. I attempted to contact the seller at [email protected] twice (on 6/10 and 6/23). However, the seller is not responding to my emails. Scam!

I purchased a perfume from this site in the amount of $108.99 on 5/9/20. I received a confirmation notification stating once my product is shipped they will let me know. A week later I tried emailing them an No Response. I called their number and it rings and then goes straight to an answering service. This is not an actual business but a SCAM!!! I had to notify my bank and hopefully get my money back!

I ordered from them about 2 weeks ago, got an initial order confirmation but have heard nothing from them since, there is no tracking information available and they will not respond to emails. I was looking at the "company's" instagram page and saw someone else who said they ordered a month ago and never got their product, so they disputed the charge with their bank and reported the website here. I will have to do the same. I do not think I will ever get the product I ordered. Funnily enough, the same day I ordered from the website my bank notified me of an unauthorized fraud purchase with my card so I had to get a new card. This company is definitely a scam with fake productus and I wish I knew how many other people they have stolen from.
